Refund Policy

It’s Social Gi (operated by GMC Health & Fitness LLC) sells digital education, done-for-you reviews, live coaching, and high-touch mentorship. We have built this policy to protect creators who do the work and to protect our team from bad-faith requests. Please read it before purchasing. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Plain-English summary. Two products carry conditional refunds: the UGC Creator Starter Course ($97) with a 30-day conditional refund, and the Pro Creator Accelerator ($497) with a 90-day conditional refund. Both refunds require full course completion + documented effort + a reassessment with Gianna where we mutually agree the program did not deliver as described. Every other tier is final sale. UGC Inner Circle ($997) is non-refundable in exchange for active 1:1 mentorship from Gianna (weekday WhatsApp + bi-weekly live strategy calls + 90-day reassessment).

UGC Portfolio Audit — $147 All sales final. No refund. Audit work begins immediately upon purchase.
UGC Strategy Session — $197 All sales final. 24-hour cancellation window before the call is booked. Once you book the session via the calendar link, all sales are final. One free reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice. No-shows are forfeited.
Pro Creator Accelerator — $497 (or 3 × $197)  90-DAY CONDITIONAL Conditional 90-day refund. Refund eligible only after ninety (90) days from purchase, after meeting every Pro Creator Accelerator completion requirement (100% lesson completion, 30+ brand applications with screenshot proof, mid-program check-in form submitted), AND after a reassessment with Gianna where we mutually agree the program did not deliver as described. No partial refund. See Section 3.2 for exact criteria.
UGC Inner Circle — $997 (or 4 × $279) All sales final — Mentorship Commitment. UGC Inner Circle is non-refundable. In exchange, Gianna provides: weekday WhatsApp access (Mon-Fri, responses within 48 business hours), two (2) live 60-min strategy calls per month, scheduled bi-weekly via the dashboard calendar link, and one end-of-90-day reassessment call. Non-engagement does not entitle the student to a refund. See Section 4 for full terms.
1:1 Private Coaching — $1,997 / month All sales final. No refund for any cycle, in part or whole. Three-cycle minimum commitment. After cycle three, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Already-paid cycles are non-refundable. Sessions you book and miss without 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

Why Most Tiers Are Final Sale


Every It’s Social Gi product begins delivering value the moment access is granted. The $9 Quick Start, $27 Starter Guide, $147 Portfolio Audit, and $197 Strategy Session are designed to deliver in a single sitting or one work cycle, and they cannot be returned in any meaningful sense once consumed. UGC Inner Circle and 1:1 Private Coaching are high-touch programs where Gianna’s time is committed to you the moment you enroll. We disclose the no-refund policy clearly above the checkout button on every offer page and in this Refund Policy. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept the no-refund terms for the tier you bought.

3.

Strict Completion Criteria


The two refundable tiers each carry strict, objective completion requirements. All criteria must be met. There is no wiggle room and no partial refund. Eligibility is verified through Kajabi lesson-progress data, the mid-program check-in form, and student-submitted application screenshots. We made the criteria explicit so any student can self-verify their eligibility before requesting.

3.1 UGC Creator Starter Course ($97) — 30-Day Conditional Refund

To be eligible for a refund of the Starter Course, all of the following must be true on or after day 30 from the date of purchase:

  • 100% lesson completion — every lesson in every Starter Course module marked complete in your Kajabi dashboard.
  • Ten-plus (10+) brand applications sent using the templates taught in the course, with screenshot proof of each application. Applications must be to distinct brands and sent during your 30-day window.
  • Mid-program check-in form submitted — available in your Kajabi dashboard, submitted any time between day 10 and day 25 of your 30-day window. Takes about 4 minutes.
  • Reassessment booked and attended with Gianna (15-minute Zoom or async Loom) where Gianna and the student mutually agree the program did not deliver as described.

3.2 Pro Creator Accelerator ($497) — 90-Day Conditional Refund

To be eligible for a refund of the Pro Creator Accelerator, all of the following must be true on or after day 90 from the date of purchase:

  • 100% lesson completion — every Pro Creator Accelerator module marked complete in your Kajabi dashboard.
  • Thirty-plus (30+) brand applications sent using the templates taught in the program, with screenshot proof of each application. Applications must be to distinct brands and sent during your 90-day window.
  • Mid-program check-in form submitted — available in your Kajabi dashboard, submitted any time between day 30 and day 75 of your 90-day window.
  • Reassessment booked and attended with Gianna (15-minute Zoom or async Loom) where Gianna and the student mutually agree the program did not deliver as described.

Important framing. Refunds are not income guarantees. They are a guarantee that, if you complete the program in good faith and submit proof of effort, the program will be reviewed against its promises. Whether you have or have not landed paid brand deals during the period is one of several factors discussed at the reassessment — it is not a binary trigger. Results vary by effort, niche, and market.

4.

UGC Inner Circle — The Mentorship-Commitment Trade


UGC Inner Circle is non-refundable. We make this clear at point of purchase, in this Refund Policy, in the Terms of Service, and on the Inner Circle landing page. In exchange for non-refundability, Gianna commits to:

  • Weekday WhatsApp access — message Gianna in the Inner Circle WhatsApp chat any business day; responses within forty-eight (48) business hours.
  • Up to one (1) bi-weekly live strategy call per month — scheduled by the student via the dashboard calendar link. If the student does not schedule, the monthly slot for that month does not roll over.
  • One (1) end-of-90-day reassessment call — a focused review of your progress against your stated goals when you joined Inner Circle.

If the student does not engage — does not message in WhatsApp, does not schedule the bi-weekly calls — Gianna’s mentorship commitment continues to be available. Non-engagement does not entitle the student to a refund. The mentorship is offered; whether the student uses it is the student’s choice.

This is the trade you accept by purchasing UGC Inner Circle: you give up the right to a refund, and Gianna gives up the right to detach from your progress until you reach your stated goals.

5.

Reassessment Process (Refundable Tiers Only)


Refund-eligible students of the Starter Course or Pro Creator Accelerator must complete a reassessment with Gianna before any refund is processed. The reassessment is a focused review of the work you submitted during the program window.

  • Format: 15-minute Zoom call OR async submission of a Loom recording (your choice).
  • What you bring: proof of every completion criterion in Section 3 — lesson-completion screenshots, mid-program check-in form submission timestamp, and brand-application screenshots.
  • What Gianna reviews: whether the criteria were met and whether the program delivered as described for your case.
  • Outcome: if criteria were met AND we mutually agree the program did not deliver as described, a full refund is processed within five (5) business days to the original payment method, and your access is revoked. If any criterion is missing or we agree the program did deliver, the refund is denied with a written explanation. There is no partial refund.
  • Window: the reassessment must happen during the refund window — days 30 to 45 for the Starter Course; days 90 to 105 for the Accelerator. Requests outside the window are not eligible.

6.

How to Request a Refund


To request a refund of the Starter Course or Pro Creator Accelerator, email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request — [Order Number].” Include:

  • Your full name and the email used at checkout.
  • Order number or receipt date.
  • The product purchased (Starter Course or Pro Creator Accelerator).
  • Proof of every completion criterion listed in Section 3 (screenshots).
  • Your preferred reassessment format (Zoom or Loom) and three time-window options for scheduling.

We respond to refund requests within five (5) business days. The reassessment is scheduled within ten (10) business days of receipt. Refunds approved at reassessment are returned to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

7.

Payment Plans


If you elected a payment plan (Starter Course 2 × $55, Pro Creator Accelerator 3 × $197, Inner Circle 4 × $279), the following applies:

  • Eligibility for the conditional refund applies only to the total amount you have actually paid by day 30 (Starter) or day 90 (Accelerator). Future installments do not affect eligibility.
  • Cancelling a payment plan does not erase the obligation for installments that became due before a written cancellation request was received and acknowledged.
  • Failed payments may suspend access until resolved. Persistently failed payments after thirty (30) days may result in account closure with no further obligation on either side.

8.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal


1:1 Private Coaching is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled by you. Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Already-paid cycles are non-refundable. To cancel, email [email protected] or use the cancellation link in any subscription confirmation email.

9.

Discount Codes, Bundles, and Promotions


Discount-coded purchases of the Starter Course or Pro Creator Accelerator follow the same conditional-refund rules as full-price purchases. Refunds are calculated on the actual amount paid. Bundles purchased at a promotional price are refunded only as a whole bundle. Limited-time launch promotions or flash sales explicitly marked “final sale” at checkout are non-refundable regardless of tier.

10.

Chargebacks


If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first. We resolve mistakes quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or while a refund request is in process, may be treated as a breach of these terms. We will respond to chargebacks with documentation of access logs, lesson progress, mid-program check-in submissions, and our communications with you. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination, suspension of further purchases, and reporting to chargeback-prevention networks.

11.

Force Majeure and Good-Faith Exceptions


If a major life event (medical emergency, bereavement, natural disaster) prevents you from using a purchased product, email [email protected]. We routinely grant pause requests, transfers to a future cohort, or extension of the refund window even when a strict refund right does not apply. Documentation may be requested.

12.

Earnings and Outcomes Disclaimer


The conditional refunds described in this Policy are not income guarantees. The information and coaching we provide are educational. Whether you land paid brand deals depends on the work you put in, your niche, your local market, and conditions outside our control. Income examples, testimonials, and case studies represent specific creators’ results and are not a promise of future earnings. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand outcomes vary and that the conditional refunds are about program completion and reassessment, not about earnings the program will produce for you.

13.

Account Suspension and Termination


Refund eligibility is forfeited where access is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including: sharing course materials, harassment of community members or staff, fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized resale of materials, or persistent disrespect toward Gianna or other students.

14.

EU / UK / Statutory Cooling-Off


If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, applicable law may grant a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period for digital purchases. Where you have begun to consume the digital content within that period (e.g., starting a lesson, downloading materials, attending a live call), you may waive that statutory right per applicable law. By accessing course materials within the first 14 days, you waive the cooling-off period in favour of the conditional-refund or final-sale terms set out above. Where your jurisdiction grants stronger statutory rights than this Policy, those rights prevail.

15.

Changes to This Refund Policy


We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by email. Updates apply only to purchases made on or after the effective date.
