My Personal and UGC Story
I didn’t get into UGC because I had some huge following or a perfect plan. I started exactly where most people do — with my phone, no clue what I was doing, and just knowing I wanted more freedom than a normal paycheck could give me.
When I picked up my first camera, I was traveling with my boyfriend during his travel nursing contracts trying to figure out a way to make income remotely. I honestly had no idea it would turn into a full-time creator career, but looking back, it completely changed my life.
Now, after more than six years of hands-on UGC client work, I have built repeatable systems for pitching, pricing, producing content, and managing brand relationships. But more than the money, UGC gave me freedom. Freedom to work for myself, create my own schedule, travel when I want, and stop building someone else’s dream life instead of my own.
That’s exactly why I created It’s Social Gi.
I built the mentorship, courses, and community I wish existed when I first started — something real, supportive, and actually helpful for women who want to turn content creation into consistent income without sacrificing their entire life to a 9-to-5.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking, stop guessing, and finally start building something for yourself, you’re in the right place. I’ll teach you the exact strategies I used to land paid brand deals, grow as a creator, price yourself confidently, and build a business that actually supports the lifestyle you want.
Before and after
Lost Without a Plan or Strategy
I didn’t know where to start. My Instagram and TikTok felt random, my portfolio wasn’t professional, and I had no idea how to pitch brands or what to charge. I was posting content but not getting paid, and I felt completely stuck.
No Plan. No Strategy.
- Quickly identify ideal brands and send your first pitch confidently.
- Afraid to pitch brands and risk rejection
- Spending hours filming but making $0
Thriving as a Paid UGC Creator
With a clear step-by-step system, I built a polished portfolio, started pitching with confidence, and landed real brand work. Over time, one-off campaigns became repeat projects, monthly retainer cycles, renewals, distinct deliverable packages, and paid-usage extensions.
What a professional UGC career can include
- A portfolio that makes your specialty and capabilities easy to evaluate
- Rates and scopes based on deliverables, usage rights, turnaround, and revision limits
- A balanced pipeline of one-off work, repeat clients, retainers, renewals, and usage extensions
How Gianna’s career-volume count works: each separately accepted platform order, campaign, monthly retainer cycle, renewal, distinct deliverable package, or paid-usage extension counts as one brand-deal unit. One brand can generate multiple units over time, so 1,000+ career units does not mean 1,000 unique brands.
Independent relationship inventory: an August 13, 2026 audit found 525 alias-deduplicated brand, advertiser, and partner names across mixed lifecycle states. It is a documented-relationship count, not a claim of 525 completed paid clients.
Educational context: these are Gianna’s career facts, not typical student outcomes or a guarantee of deals or income. Results depend on execution, portfolio quality, outreach, pricing, niche, and market conditions.

you didn’t know existed.
01
Empower New Creators
Make content creation accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background. You don’t need followers or fame — just a willingness to start.
02
Provide Real-World Tools
Give you scripts, templates, strategies, and confidence to land paid brand deals without guessing your way through it.
03
Support Creative Freedom
Help you build a flexible UGC career that supports your lifestyle, not controls it — whether that’s a side hustle or a full-time path.
04
Build a Value-Driven Community
Create a space where authenticity, collaboration, and self-growth matter just as much as success — because real impact starts with real people.
UGC changed my life in so many ways
Here are some ways it has changed mine:
- built a sustainable business that allows me to make my own schedule
- bought my dream cars
- bought an RV that allows me the freedom to travel
I started UGC to be able to make an income and travel with my boyfriend while he was doing travel nursing. I never thought it would turn into what it has, but I am so beyond grateful that it did!
