License & Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only.
You may not:

- Create derivative or competing products
- Use materials to train others commercially
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and potential legal action.
Payments & Authorization
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By purchasing, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. Payment plans, where offered, constitute a binding obligation to pay all installments.
1:1 Coaching Terms
1:1 Coaching is offered at $2,500 per month, available as a 4-month package ($10,000 total) or 6-month package ($15,000 total).
- Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
- Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
- Cancellation before the first session: full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.
- Payment plan clients who cancel remain responsible for all scheduled installments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access and dispute documentation submitted to payment processors.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operations, or engage in any unlawful conduct in connection with our products or services.
No Warranties
All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability

Refund & Results Guarantee Policy
General Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products, except as expressly provided under the Results Guarantees below.
UGC Creator Starter Course ($297) β 30-Day Results Guarantee
If you complete the entire UGC Creator Starter Course and apply the action steps in good faith but do not earn back at least your course investment within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
UGC Pro Creator Accelerator β 90-Day Results Guarantee
If you complete the entire Pro Creator Accelerator curriculum and implement the strategies as taught but do not earn back at least your course investment within ninety (90) calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
Refund Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under a Results Guarantee, you must submit:
- Proof of full course completion (all modules and lessons)
- A completed UGC portfolio
- Evidence of outreach attempts using the strategies taught in the course
- A brief written summary of actions taken and outcomes achieved
Incomplete, fraudulent, or bad-faith submissions will be denied.
Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following are non-refundable once purchased or delivered:

- UGC Written Audit ($149) β non-refundable once audit delivery has begun

Payment Plans
If a product is purchased on a payment plan, refunds (if approved under a Results Guarantee) may require all installments to be paid in full before the refund is processed, unless prohibited by applicable law.
